Expand 100A range to 600A/1000A

There is also needed additional change for extending highest range over 100A. Changing of only "Range switch upper/lower limit" is not enough for over 100A measurements.

expand 100A range to 600A
07 = 70 (normally e8)
08 = 17 (normally 03)

expand 100A range to 1000A - only DM1106 chip
07 = 10 (normally e8)
08 = 27 (normally 03)

It seems it is undocumented in application note. I found it on https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/a-look-at-the-uni-t-ut210e/msg1302533/#msg1302533 and I tested and it works well.
