There are rumors it doesn't work anymore. See, kubernetes/minikube#12424 (comment)

The suggestion is to use https://github.com/chipmk/docker-mac-net-connect. If I do pursue this solution, note kubernetes/minikube#12424 (comment)

Perhaps I just use investigate the Qemu driver.

Setting up DNSMasq as in the Mantelgroup guide didn't work fyi @aedenj. docker-mac-net-connect worked
