Multi instance scripts

Hi all,

Lasse is setting up multi instance FATES runs, and wondered if anyone had scripts or parts thereof which did the writing of pft file names to the user_nl_CLM files that he could not reinvent?

My ensemble script from line 703 in here

does this. Maybe there is a neater way?

L137 changes the parameter file names.

I'm not sure if this is any neater :)
