[Bug Report] Error with report "Detail Detail of Payment Refund"

The following problem is presented with the report where when consulting the search criteria "Bank Account" it does not show any information, if not when displaying the list it is processed, in the search criteria "Currency" all the currencies with which works ADempiere is still inactive, and the report must respect the currencies that are active and inactive

Steps to reproduce

The step by step to cnultar this case, is:

1. Go to the ADempiere menu
   1.1 Management of Outstanding Balances / Reimbursement Management

Expected behavior

The expected result for this case is that when consulting the search criteria "Bank Account" and "Currency", the information is displayed correctly, and if there are inactive records, they do not show them.
