[Bug Report] Translation error in search parameters of the report "Commission Summary" and "Commission Calculation Detail"

The following error occurs with the translation of the search parameters of the "Commission Summary" and "Commission Calculation Detail" reports; Although it is entered with the language "Spanish", its parameters appear in English

Steps to reproduce

The step by step for this case is to locate the reports with the following path:

1. First you must enter ADempiere and verify that you are working with the language in "Spanish"
2. Go to the menu in the folder "Sales Management" / Sales and Marketing Rules
   Commission Summary
   Detail of the Calculation of Commissions.
3. View the reports

Expected behavior

The expected result for this case is that if you enter ADempiere with the language in "Spanish", the search parameters of the reports appear with the language in which you are entering, which in this case should appear translated in Spanish and not in English
