Re-factored remapping_unit_tests()

- Added testing_type.F90 module that provudes a simple class that
  greatly abbreviates the lines comparing values of arrays as was
  done extensively in remapping_unit_tests().
- Translated the existing remapping unit tests to use the testing
  class.
