It would be good to get some more use cases and maybe even user stories or more technical outputs, e.g. what will the output format be?

In Ungap the Map. We have a super primitive definition already, always wanted to improve it! Safety/quietness score functions a-b-street/abstreet#600
In ATIP and/or the route snapper tool
In the PCT/ATUM/etc generic rewrite. Linked to Pluggable routing overview#24
The web app for exploring this sounds like a good advocacy/campaigning tool in and of itself
