Problem
Regarding the DejaCode Sign up page: https://public.dejacode.com/account/register/

Lack of visual hierarchy between creating an account and requesting private evaluation
Violated usability principles: Consistency and Standards; Aesthetic and Minimalist Design
While the headings mark two separate paragraphs, Gestalt principles like Proximity and Common Regions are missing. The layout seems cluttered because it does not group the CTAs with their respective content, making it harder for users to associate the right action with the corresponding paragraph.

Enhancement benefits
Clarity of purpose and functionality for the new visitor to the site.

Proposed solution
Consider 2 separate tabs for distinguishing and explaining (1) Registration (Sign Up) for the public evaluation vs. (2) Request for a private evaluation.

Consider dividing the information and associated actions of this page into 3 tabs:

Tab 1 (initial focus)
About DejaCode (or Essentials or Hello or Welcome or similar)
Contains the description suggested in Issue #234
Provides concise descriptions of the Actions available on the other 2 tabs.

Tab 2
Explore now (or Public Evaluation or Immediate Access or similar)
Contains the text currently under "Explore DejaCode now"
Contains the "Create your account" panel. (See related issue #235 )

Tab 3
Private Evaluation (or Request Private Evaluation or similar)
Contains the text currently under "Securely use your own data" and the "Request private evaluation" button.

Note that breaking these things into different tabs also provides us with the opportunity to improve and refine the text that we currently have, but we can get started with the existing text.
