Error on VPYPE

Getting the following when completing final stage of installing vpype on Linux Mint.

OSError: Error calling Python override of QOpenGLWidget::event(): Error calling Python override of QOpenGLWidget::event(): Error calling Python override of QOpenGLWidget::paintGL(): libGL.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

and

OSError: libEGL.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Any recommendations please?
