The README.md file has a link to https://github.com/aaubry/YamlDotNet/blob/master/RELEASE_NOTES.md, but there's no such file (in the root).
Looking around a bit I found https://github.com/aaubry/YamlDotNet/releases which appears to be close enough. Do we just need to update the link or is there more in the file (wherever it went)?
Looking through the release notes, I found this under version 10.0:
Release notes are no longer stored in the repository, because this forced a new meaningless commit to be created for each release.
So, I guess it's just missed references that need cleaning up:
I was going to clean up the README, but I'm not sure what the new CONTRIBUTING instructions should be, so I'll leave it for someone else.
FYI, the standard GITHUB search doesn't find the RELEASE_NOTES.md references, but the new technology preview does: https://cs.github.com/?q=RELEASE_NOTES.md+repo%3Aaaubry%2FYamlDotNet
