Video format to be used

Hi,
I saw your plugin but unfortunately I don't speak Russian so I don't understand your documentation.
I have some questions because I would like to use it in my page header:

• Is there a specific format to be used for RD video or a video.mp4 is ok to use?
• The video to be smoothly played must be published on YouTube or I can host it on my website?
• How do I get your plugin to set on my website?
• Can I use it with a WP based website?
• do you have a WP plugin ready to upload?
