Checkout page reloads on button click

Hello,

when I press the button to select a delivery point, the page reloads. On the second reload, the button successfully opens the window for pick-up point selection.

Prestashop 1.7.8.7
Packeta v2.1.19

What is the best way to diagnose this?

thank you for the response.

From what I can see in the checkout, you are using a different checkout layout than what is default.
The thing is, that modules which alter checkout layouts also have an effect on the funcionality of our module.

So far, the only supported checkout is OnePageSupercheckout or the default one.

Does this issue persist if you switch back to the default, multi-step checkout of Prestashop?
