Hi,

multishop env.
PS 1778
packeta version 2114 (updated to 2116 in the meantime)
PHP 7.2
In the past weeks a few orders won't show up under the packeta orders page, and we couldn't figure it out why. I know its no so much information, but I don't know where to a start investigating. So if You could give some advice, that would be helpful. Thanks
