Hey I really love this library as it easily allows writing tests with expecto and running them for dotnet and js. As we are planning to also support python with some libraries i duplicated most of your Fable.Mocha code and added a very simple python test runner. For now i pushed it to its own repository (here), but if you want, we can merge it into Fable.Mocha (i know it is kinda off with the naming as mocha is js only😅).
