If you use windows defender, you may need to unblock files. See this link
Add "ACTWebSocket.DLL" to Advanced Combat Tracker.

Use MiniParse Only
- BeforeLogLineRead and OnLogLineRead transfer the ACT's logs. If you do not use this option, use loopback (localhost) and uncheck options for privacy. There is an option to decide whether to send chat log, but it does not work properly. At this time it is recommended that you turn off the option unless you intend to use it.

Use IP V6
- FFXIV_ACT_Plugin use IPv4 only, so this works well.
- "Loopback IPV6([::1])" recommended.

Local IP Address setting in FFXIV Settings.
- Choose Local IP other than 127.0.0.1 where the ACT will work.
- ACTWebsocket will works on 127.0.0.1

- WinPCAP is a windows packet capture library that FFXIV_ACT_Plugin supported.
