确认这个文件是存在的，同时也使用了自定义配置文件夹，但都没读取。重装了也没解决，不知道为什么。

用默认配置目录，把 geo.mmdb 文件拉进配置列表区域再试一下？

也不行，一直无法访问这个文件，用默认目录也提示无法访问

不知道是什么原因，好像装过mellow后就出现这个问题的，具体问题也无法定位

看了下应该是更新 Leaf 的时候把 mmap 实现的 geoip 读取功能带进来了，UWP 没有权限做 mmap。自定义目录的其他资源读取好像也有点问题，下个版本一起修复。
