Describe the Issue
Loading an options file directly into the executable causes everything to be run on the CPU. If I launch the executable and load the options, it runs on the GPU.

Additional Information:
Not really any. It's obviously how they shoe horned ROCm into into this, but I'd like to be able to have a ROCm file loaded at start up of this computer.

what do you mean by have an ROCm file loaded at start up of your computer?
