Multiple models generating garbage

Describe the Issue
Loaded a model (rose-20b, echidna-13b) .

I also tried on different context sizes

getting outputs like this everytime
My specs are 24gb ddr4 3000 mhz GPU 0:rx 6800, GPU 1: rx6650 xt, Cpu: ryzen 5 5500
tried most presets in kobold GUI only to get the same results. Im not sure whats wrong

Its a multi gpu issue loading from only one GPU works is this something I'm doing wrong or a software issue?

Does the CPU have integrated graphics? Are you able to run it with the 6650xt alone?
