KoboldCpp - Version 1.76.yr1 - didnt work at first but now it works perfectly

Hi

I was complaining a lot on these forums about Version 1.76.yr1 and some previous versions not properly working for on RX 7900 XT
and that last working version was koboldcpp_v1.72.yr0-rocm_6.1.2

And I gave up trying to get newer versions to work up until...
... drumroll ...
.. Version 1.76.yr1 started to work again.
It was either Windows 11 update or the fact that I completely removed python git miniconda pytorch - all AI related stuff I had on my PC
I both de-installed stuff and cleared its caches from user folders.
Over time I tested quite a lot of ai related stuff and its possible that something messed up something which was preventing koboldcpp to run properly.

So, if you have the same problem, and you have latest Windows 11, try to wipe what I mentioned,
restart and then try latest KoboldCPP-v1.76.yr1-ROCm
