ROCm Error on v1.76.yr1

I have used ROCm on this system previously, but it has been a few months. I reinstalled Koboldcpp today and attempted to run it. I have ROCm and the custom libraries installed for my GPU (GFX1031). Upon loading in and attempting to prompt the GGUF model, I am presented with a crash and the following error:

KoboldCPP-v1.75.2.yr1-ROCm works. And I had to roll back :(
With v1.76.yr1 I get

Not sure why it is referencing d drive?!
