👷‍♂️ 어떤 기능인가요?

현재 앱에 적용된 pwa 관련 세팅은 개발환경 실행시 terminerl 경고 발생 pwa 세팅 과정에서 mjs 파일 세팅 문제 존재
GenerateSW가 여러 번 호출된 것은 웹팩을 --watch 모드로 실행하고 있기 때문일 수 있습니다 문제 발생

위 과정을 해겷하기 위한 환경세팅이 필요

운영환경에서만 pwa 적용하도록 next.config.mjs 코드정의
vercecl 공식문서에서 정의한 라이브러리 설치 및 환경세팅

해결 후 개발 환경 실행
