[BUG] Full-Logger: if log file is not present and 'Delete log file before quitting app' option is enabled SWEX will error out on exit

Describe the bug

• After closing SWEX with Delete log file before quitting app of the Full-Logger plugin enabled an error can appear if the log file does not exist

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go Settings ->Plugins
2. Enable Delete log file before quitting app
3. Close SWEX with no log file around

Expected behavior
SWEX should exit normally without an error message
