As there are issues with managing STAC catalogue whenever running the GFMAPJobManager, the cached files got corrupted.

As there are issues with how GFMAPJobManager manages the STAC catalogue, the managed needs to be improved using the API:

Some parts of the STAC catalogue of the Sentinel1 and Sentinel2 extractions were lost, hence the catalogue needs to be rebuilt.

Also need to update the extract.py file to disable the creation of the STAC catalogue within the WorldCerealExtractions.
At very least until this feature is completely stable:
