Noticed that the background + icon for the category checkbox was blue (when checked)

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new post
  2. Scroll down to "Categories" (right sidebar)
  3. Expand
  4. See the checkbox

Expected behavior
For the checkbox' background to be transparent (or white)

The ones under "Discussion" are okay. The HTML structure appears to be different between the 2 pieces of UI.
