Describe the bug
Gutenberg plugin affects styling of input fields in meta box of other plugins.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install the latest version of the Gutenberg editor and All in One SEO Pack.
  2. Go to the Edit Post screen.
  3. Scroll down to the All in One SEO Pack meta box and you'll see that the input fields (text and checkboxes) are styled the same.
  4. (Deactivate the Gutenberg plugin editor and you'll see that this is no longer the case.)

Expected behavior
Gutenberg plugin does not affect styling of input fields in meta box of other plugins.

@m-e-h from #core-editor on Slack said the following about this:

Looks like in an effort to share style resets here #14509, .block-editor (pretty much the whole page) went from getting a border-box reset to a reset that styles all of the inputs. https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/14509/files#diff-556b1933de5650dc555c469c584accc2L97
Not sure if that part was intentional or not. I say create an issue on github for it. It could definitely be improved.

It's actually version 5.4 of the Gutenberg plugin released on April 3rd where they started overriding the styles of meta boxes added to the Edit Post / Edit Page screen by plugins. I verified that this happens with meta boxes from other plugins (i.e. ACF).
