If you duplicate a custom HTML block using the shortcut shift+cmd+d the duplicated block shows two toolbars:

edit_post_ _wordpress_latest_ _wordpress

When the post auto-saves the second block disappears.

The problem doesn't occur when using the 'duplicate block' option from the block menu, or if the block is the very last on the page.
