Problem: The plate has 5 channels 1 single plane acquisition and then BF in 3 Z. I have tried to run Arnaud's SegmentCells plugin but when displaying the result image, I have something that has a repetitive pattern of 3... so I am assuming that the problems comes from the Z stack channel...
