Linux: fails because of some tests in ELF and COFF directories
Mac
- JSC
  - JSC build failures are now treated as warnings
  - 8 failing JSC tests that end with "wasm-no-cjit-yes-tls-context" (failures due to segmentation fault)
Windows: LLVM build has been broken for more than a week; llvm-tblgen is failing to run because it can't dynamically load dbghelp.dll.
