• Typing during importing now works with an option: relation_type_threshold: 0.66 in the config (see here).
• KB2KB python script updated so that all variables are turned to lists.
• Curie map in config file
• Started a bit of benchmarking, let me know if you want more.
• SHACL can do validation AND inference (rules), some of which may be interesting.
• Completely reworked the collect data pipeline to account for embargoed data and run SHACL checks.
• We are now on 64 billed hours, so 86 billed hours left. (Slightly reduced rate in next cycle).
