Cant get any inspections in code

All inspections checked

but in code no errors and no hints (like internal in @name)

Clean Ide with default settings

PhpStorm 2022.3
Build #PS-223.7571.212, built on December 1, 2022
Runtime version: 17.0.5+1-b653.14 amd64
VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o.
Windows 11 10.0
Non-Bundled Plugins:
    com.vk.modulite (1.1.1)

IMHO something wrong with the namespaces and paths on windows.

Checked on a Mac. Works. Something is wrong with Windows.
