Thanks for the report but without a project file and cura.log file we have nothing to investigate. We need to be able to recreate the problem.
I'll close this for now. When you post the necessary files it can be re-opened. I hope you understand.

You must zip the file and post the zip folder here. The instructions are on the page you filled out for the report.
