Link to docs is missing

Issue Summary

On the tier editing (and also tier creation) page, a "Learn more" link goes to "ghost.org". Not very useful! 🙃

Steps to Reproduce

Edit a tier and click the 'learn more' link.

I checked in Ghost 5.109.3, and I couldn't find the 'Learn more' link on the tier editing or creation page. This issue might have been fixed in a recent update. Can you confirm if this is still reproducible?
