Add examples for creating topics and other topic tasks

Explaining how to create a topic and other basic topic tasks such as producing to and consuming from a topic would be very helpful for a new kafka user.

There are existing docker images that could be used to run the kafka cli/shell scripts. There are also other tools that exist such as kafkacat that could be installed on the host machine.
