Respect Dalamud global font scale option

When rings are rendered with a non-100% font scaling set in Dalamud, the text is scaled appropriately, but the icons and ring size are not. Non-text elements should also be affected to be consistent with other ImGui UI elements' scaling with that setting.

+1 for this. I had to go to 200% on my Mac but Tpie looks so small suddenly. And none of the options are enough to scale the icons to where I want them to. Also, at the radius of 500 it's still too small.
