[Feature]: Allow Subtitles (textTracks) with M3U8 Videos

Description

I think it would be great if we can have Subtitles (textTracks) working with M3U8 videos.

Why it is needed ?

Because many times the M3U8 server does not allow subtitles in the m3u8 file and we need to provide it separately.
