Add support to allow and force to download file with unknown size.

im not quite sure /how/ you plan on doing that though..
like the size is needed to calculate the percentage. .

C2-13249-9 error started to show to me as well recently...
Download enabler stopped working entirely... I can't donload anything now... Why? Please fix.
