Fallback state in mediaDisplay and poster cards

Evaluate if we consider necessary to allow fallback variants in the displayMedia and poster cards

Context

The current definition of the components doesn't use the component image, where the fallbacks are available.

Impact

Avoid forcing designers to do a workaround to include fallback states in this component
