Battery percentage

Hi, thank you for your code and the effort you put in.

However, I find two problems which are about the battery.

1. The battery light still turns on, but the system reports the percentage of the battery is full charge.
2. It takes a few seconds for the system to recognize the power after I plug it in

The mode of my computer is OneMix 3 pro (i5) and the OS version is 12.6.1 (12.6 has same issues)

i know that the slow update to the icon is a known issue (will update readme to reflect that) but as far as the first problem...will have to check for that as i havent ever noticed it
