AccenTalk

AccenTalk is a software website that uses computer-generated voices to produce spoken output that mimics specific regional or cultural accents. This tool takes written text as input, it also has an option to upload .txt files and generates an audio output that sounds as if it were spoken by someone with a particular accent. AccenTalk also has a feature to convert abbrevations into it's elaboration. The Software Requirements are ->HTML ->JavaScript ->CSS ->Bootstrap ->Web Speech API
