New channel creation from the API

This API endpoint should allow the following functions:

• new channel with a random name
• rename channel
• delete channel

The channel creation endpoint will be used to allow the creation and configuration of multiple scanner/printer producer/consumer combo.
This issue should be solved first before progressing toward #22
