Improve how the Swerve modules are displayed on the dashboard and in simulation, so we can see where they are pointing, etc.
We had a version of this last year but it should be cleaned up from RobotTelemetry and moved into swerve folder some how.

We should figure out what to put on Dashboard/NT for this to work in our code.
