目前网站总是被灌水，建议添加如下：

添加注册验证码
限制注册频率
限制发帖频率
限制评论频率

目前项目内 bcrypt 启动不支持 Erlang/OTP 20，导致项目无法正常启动，需要降级才能处理。

我在 zven21/mipha#19 添加了功能实现。
