[BUG] Flipping between open tabs/projects causes a hang.

Version: Build 4180 (Sublime Text 4)
OS: Windows 10

Issue: When flipping through tabs or projects in Sublime Text with the plugin, there is a chance that the Rich Presence simply stops working entirely (I would assume due to a rate limit). This in turn causes the plugin-host process within Sublime Text to hang and spin a high amount of CPU usage. I have no idea how to provide logs to help debug as I haven't been using Sublime Text for long.
