User Story

As a User i want to be able to see the header at all times scrolling through the page.

When you scroll to the side the header will not fully expand to the end of the screen, additionally the header scrolls with the rest of the page.
The header should ideally be fixed and not move with the rest of the elements and take up the entire width of the screen.

Acceptance Criteria

• header should be fixed and not scroll with the rest of the page
• header should take up the entire width of the page
