[Audit] Theme editor behaviour

Purpose

In #840 , we've added some editor only code to make editing the slideshow more pleasant. It was going back to the first slide whenever a change was made to a setting and now it slides to the most recently opened and edited block. There are likely other opportunities to improve the editing experience.

List of enhancements

1. Collapsible Rows - The row most recently edited should be expanded to show the content
2. Collection list - When on mobile, slide to the most recently edited collection block so the newly added block is visible.

If anyone finds more, feel free to add them to this list.
