A favorite or bookmark system for users and patterns

This one still needs to be fleshed out more. Some sort of bookmarking and/or favorite system that could allow the user to be able to find favorite patterns or other users. For the patterns it could be some sort of personal tagging system that would allow the user to pull up all the matching items. Maybe return it as a simplified search. For other users it could be used to be reminded when someone makes new patterns. Maybe a user that does patterns you like and would be interested anything new they make public.

So call it a bookmarking, tagging and/or favorite system.
