Add plot parameters in config file

One of the discussed points in one of our meetings was about the possibility to change the plotting style of the results (Ex: add parameter to just plot graphs from previous results).

Some points that might be interesting adding:

• Just plot graphs and do not calculate any data;
• List which graphs the user wants to plot on this run;
• Change plot axis ranges to improve visualization (in some cases when population has many individuals, the original plot compress the data, worsening visualization);
• Change plots colors and axis names.
