This repo is very definitely no longer "measurePSF". Alternatives:

multiphoton_standardisation
multiphoton_qc
scanimage_standardisation_tools
scanimage_qc_tools

Once decided we need to rename a load of stuff because everything is nested in +mpsd. I like the ring of +mpqc

mpqc has a good ring to it it. Let's do that. The repo name can be "MultiphotonQC" with the README titled "ScanImage Multiphoton Quality Control"

rename main module: 2271d32
rename mpsf to mpqc: 6bf2417
