Arid Southwest Method Development, Interim Method shiny application for pdf report generation
This repository contains the user interface (app.R), the report framework (report.Rmd), the data used to classify the streams (FinalRF.Rdata), and all of the classification files (.png files) that are included in the final reports generated by running the Shiny application.
