The current menu is quite simplistic for a forensic tool, as a result this issue is aimed at implementing the menu style that is present in the current version of the project.

May not be possible, unless a workaround to powershell's unique system of returns is solved.

Changing all functions to methods inside of a class should solve the wacky return issues, and remove the need for global variables completely
